When a teacher is off sick, a school suddenly needs cover, or an unexpected absence leaves a gap in the timetable — you could be the person who steps in and saves the day!
We're looking for
QTS Teachers who are confident walking into different classrooms, adapting quickly and delivering engaging lessons with little notice.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Providing emergency and day-to-day cover across local schools.
- Delivering lessons using existing plans and school guidance.
- Managing classrooms confidently and maintaining positive behaviour.
- Supporting pupils to stay engaged and on track with their learning.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups and situations.
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
- We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent teaching experience within Primary or Secondary settings.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence working independently.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- A reliable and flexible approach to day-to-day cover.
- Completion of the required KCSIE safeguarding training/course, or willingness to complete this as part of the onboarding process.
