Learning Support Assistant - Putney

Milk Education are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Putney from October. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children who is looking to build their experience within a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Support pupils across the classroom during lessons.
- Work alongside the class teacher to support learning.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where needed.
- Help pupils stay engaged and focused throughout the school day.
- Assist with classroom activities and learning resources.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
About You
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- School or classroom experience is desirable.
- Patient, approachable and supportive.
- Confident working with children of different abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and enthusiastic about working in a primary school.
