We're currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Darlington on a long- or short-term basis starting after Easter.

Main responsibilities of Early Years Teaching Assistant will include:
- Supporting pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including those with SEND
- Assisting with the delivery of engaging Early Years activities and lessons
- Helping maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Preparing classroom resources and supporting daily routines
- Supporting behaviour management and encouraging pupil engagement
Requirements or Skills of Early Years Teaching Assistant:
- Recent experience working in a school or nursery setting
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar β or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience supporting children with additional learning needs
- Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
