Milk Education are working in partnership with an outstanding and highly inclusive primary school in Newham to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher for a September start. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurturing and creative Early Years Teacher to join a thriving Early Years team that is committed to giving every child the very best start to their educational journey.

The successful Early Years Teacher will work within a well-established EYFS setting, delivering engaging and child-centred learning experiences that promote curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning. The school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, commitment to high standards and outstanding Early Years provision, where play-based learning and exploration are central to children's development.

The Role

  • Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Working as an Early Years Teacher to create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
  • Supporting children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
  • Encouraging communication, language, social and emotional development through play-based learning
  • Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress effectively
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development
  • Creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive
  • Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider Early Years team
