We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a specialist provision in Ealing, supporting students with a range of needs including SEMH, autism, developmental trauma, and sensory processing challenges.
About the Role
This setting supports young people who have struggled in mainstream education due to:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Sensory processing difficulties
- Trauma and adverse childhood experiences
- Emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA)
Your role will focus on supporting students' emotional regulation, sensory needs, and engagement with learning, helping them build confidence and independence in a structured, nurturing environment. You’ll work in a small, supportive setting with a strong focus on:
- Sensory and emotional regulation
- Relationship building and trust
- Personalised learning and therapeutic approaches
