Long term, short term, Full time or Part time role. Milk Education is seeking to appoint caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in local schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans
- Deliver targeted small group interventions
- Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
- Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning where appropriate
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
- Is patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
- Can work flexibly to meet a range of learning and emotional needs
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential
