We're looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Doncaster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

This role is temporary and can be Full-Time or Part-Time.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

  • Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
  • Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track.
  • Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment.

What we're looking for

  • A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential.
