SEN Learning Support Assistant - Croydon
Location: Croydon
Pay: £100-£125 per day

Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
Milk Education are looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school in Croydon from October. This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to work as part of a supportive and experienced school team.
The Role
- Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs.
- Work one-to-one and in small groups as required.
- Support pupils to access classroom learning and activities.
- Help develop pupils' confidence, communication and independence.
- Follow individual support strategies and guidance from teaching staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day.
About You
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- Experience in a school, childcare or similar setting is essential.
- Patient, nurturing and consistent approach.
- Confident supporting children with a range of needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
