Milk Education are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Croydon who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide classroom support, helping pupils access learning and develop confidence across the school day.
Responsibilities- Support pupils during lessons and independent activities.
- Work with small groups and individual learners.
- Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
