SEN Learning Support Assistant - Kenley
Location: Kenley, South London
Pay: £100-£120 per day

Milk Education are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a school in Kenley. The role is suited to someone who can provide patient, consistent support while helping children participate in lessons and feel confident in the classroom.
The Role

Support pupils with SEN during lessons and activities.

Provide individual or small-group assistance as needed.

Help children understand instructions and complete classroom tasks.

Encourage independence, communication and positive interactions.

Support classroom routines and positive behaviour.

Liaise with teachers to help pupils access their learning.
About You

Experience working with children is desirable, ideally in an educational or support setting.

SEN experience is an advantage.

Calm, patient and encouraging.

Confident adapting your approach to individual needs.
