The Role As a Classroom Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
Create a positive, safe and productive learning environment.
Encourage participation and support students with their learning where appropriate.
Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons.
Work flexibly across a range of subjects and departments.
We're Looking For We'd love to hear from candidates who have: Experience working with young people through education, coaching, mentoring, youth work or similar settings.
Confidence leading groups of secondary-aged students.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A calm, resilient and professional approach.
