Milk Education in Cheam is seeking a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Reception class from September on a full-time, long-term basis. The role provides 1:1 support for a child with SEND, focusing on confidence, communication and independence in a nurturing school environment.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals, using play-based interventions to support learning and social development, with ongoing support from an education consultant.
