The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess pupil progress and work closely with colleagues to support children's academic, social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs

Assess and monitor pupil progress

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff

Contribute to the wider life of the school
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

QTS or recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching within a primary school setting

Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

A commitment to inclusive education

A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach

The ability to differentiate lessons effectively
