Milk Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Bradford. Whether you’re looking for day‑to‑day supply, short‑term assignments or long‑term opportunities, we have flexible roles to suit your availability. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
About the role

Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering targeted interventions and small group work
- Providing one‑to‑one support where required
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
- Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate
- Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times
What we’re looking for
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working within a primary school
- A positive, proactive and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
