Milk Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Darlington on a long-term supply basis. The Role
As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the secondary age range. You will encourage students to explore different artistic techniques, develop their own ideas and build confidence in their creative abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teaching a range of artistic techniques, processes and mediums
- Supporting students to develop their creativity and artistic skills
- Preparing students for GCSE Art where appropriate
- Assessing and monitoring student progress
