Milk Education is working with a supportive primary school in Northumberland to recruit an Intervention Teaching Assistant for a full-time position starting in September.
You’ll play an important role delivering targeted intervention sessions to help pupils build confidence and achieve their learning goals.
The Role
- Deliver literacy and numeracy intervention sessions
- Support pupils individually and in small groups
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Help children overcome barriers to learning
- Promote confidence and positive engagement in lessons
