We are looking for motivated production operatives to join our client's pork factory team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will be part of production operations during the late shift, ensuring smooth workflow and that production targets are met.
Roles will include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a team of production operatives
- Adhering to production processes and ensuring efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assisting with staff training and development
