Apprentice Warehouse & Design Operator, Burton on Trent - Full time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Warehouse & Design Operator to join our clients growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the workwear, branding, and garment decoration industry.

You will spend the majority of your time learning all aspects of warehouse operation while also being given the opportunity to develop creative skills in graphic design and Direct to Film (DTF) printing.

Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to attend external training courses to support your development.

  • Warehouse Duties
  • Receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Booking stock into the warehouse accurately.
  • Picking customer orders from stock.
  • Packing orders to a high standard.
  • Preparing goods for dispatch.
  • Assisting with stock control and regular stock takes.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
  • Learning warehouse systems and processes.
  • Design & Production Duties
  • Learning to create and prepare artwork for garment decoration.
  • Assisting with artwork amendments using design software.
  • Learning the DTF printing process from artwork through to finished transfer.
  • Operating DTF printing equipment under supervision.
  • Preparing garments for production.
  • Supporting the production team during busy periods.
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all garments meet company standards.
