We are recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles for Home Bargains Omega Business Park, Burtonwood, Warrington. Home Bargains is one of the UK's largest and most successful discount retailers, with over 600 stores nationwide and a reputation for offering top brands at unbeatable prices.
Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:
- To be motivated and organised to meet KPIs and targets
- To be comfortable with physical work including manual handling of varied weights and sizes
Details:
- Pay rate: Days £12.70 per hour, Nights: £15.12 p/h (Inclusive of a 19% night shift allowance) (10pm-6am)
- Location: Omega Business Park, Burtonwood, Warrington, WA5 3AZ
- Hours of work: 3 on, 3 off - Static 12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am; Any 5 of 7 (Includes weekends) Static 8 Hour shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
- Duration: Ongoing contract; After 12 Weeks Perm Opportunities are available
Role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking, packing, loading and unloading stock
- Handling irregular-shaped items with varied weights
- Moving pallets, cages, and stock to correct areas in the warehouse
- Restacking and wrapping pallets to ensure safe transportation
