Join Our Team as a Recruitment Resourcer! Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individual looking for an exciting opportunity in office administration and resource management? Look no further – we have the perfect role for you!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required). 1 hour unpaid break each day.
Location: Manchester. Own transport is essential as you may need to travel to Liverpool and Warrington (expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities:
- Registration: Manage the registration process for candidates, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded.
- Answer Calls: Handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance with a friendly manner.
- Source Candidates: Advertise and screen candidates via telephone, demonstrating confident communication skills.
- Update Database: Maintain and update candidate information and job placement records.
- Check & Authorize Right to Work Documents: Verify legal compliance meticulously.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates for vacant roles.
- Inductions: Deliver site inductions to new hires.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support the team with duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
