AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Packout Operatives to work at a busy soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This role is a great opportunity to join a growing production team, with full training provided and no previous experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing products at the end of the production line
Quality checking and sorting finished goods
Labelling and boxing products for distribution
Stacking products on pallets and preparing for despatch
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the packout area
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
No previous experience required – full training provided
Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
