Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 6am–6pm (Days) or 6pm–6am (Nights)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.35 (Day Shifts) | £13.35 (Night Shifts)
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift
About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Bakery Key Operatives to join a large bread manufacturing site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position. Full training is provided, with previous experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with key stages of the bread production process
- Ensuring ingredients are prepared, measured, and used accurately
- Monitoring dough proving, baking, and cooling processes
- Maintaining cleanliness in line with hygiene and food safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of a busy production team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to commit to 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
