Job Title: CNC Process Engineer

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000

Location: Wolverhampton

Company Overview

Working with a growing fabrication company known for high-quality production and customer service across various industries.

The Role

In this position, you will:

1. Work closely with Production, Quality, and CAD/CAM teams to enhance current processes, support new projects, and maintain their reputation.
2. Optimize CNC machine processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent quality for a diverse range of components.
3. Monitor CNC equipment performance and recommend maintenance or upgrades.
4. Provide technical guidance and training to CNC operators and apprentices on new processes and technologies.
5. Design fixtures and jigs, and collaborate with the Production Manager on specialized tooling to improve efficiency.

The Person

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in CNC Process or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience creating and optimizing CNC programs for Haas CNC milling centers and multi-axis extrusion machines.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Fusion 360 and strong knowledge of G/M code programming.
