We are seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Client Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating workforce planning and ensuring compliance to deliver an exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial recruitment environments and demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

  • Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 DOE
  • Location: Nottingham
  • Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required

Requirements of a Recruitment Client Manager:

  • Proven experience in industrial recruitment environments.
  • Strong organisational and structured planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of compliance standards in recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under operational pressure.
  • High attention to detail, especially in workforce coordination and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated client-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and foster trust.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teams and lead by example.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be open to occasional travel when required.

Role of a Recruitment Client Manager:

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored workforce solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, discussing workforce performance, future requirements and any concerns.
  • Coordinate staff assignments and workforce allocation to meet client requirements while maintaining full compliance with legal, regulatory and operational standards.
  • Address and resolve client or workforce concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, service delivery and account growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimise workflows, review operational performance and monitor progress against targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve workforce challenges while maintaining a consistently high level of service.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations.
