We are recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator in the Lutterworth area. You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site.
- Act as first point of contact for workers and management team.
