About the Role: AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy food production site based in Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced machine operators looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting up machines and carrying out basic adjustments where required
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
- Working closely with production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous machine operating experience within a food production environment is essential
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
