We are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer role near Brough. You will be working for a well-established garage equipment manufacturer based in Gilberdyke that is going through an exciting period of growth.

Details of a Paint Sprayer:

  • Rate of Pay: £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Hours of Work: Day shifts, 7.30am-4.30pm
  • Location: Gilberdyke, near Brough
  • Duration: Temp to perm

Role of a Paint Sprayer:

  • Preparing metal components and equipment for painting by cleaning, sanding and masking
  • Mixing paints and coatings under supervision
  • Moving, hanging and positioning parts within the spray booth
  • Supporting the painting, finishing and curing processes
  • Carrying out basic quality checks on finished components
  • Identifying surface defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the spray booth, tools and work area
  • Following all safety procedures relating to PPE, ventilation and hazardous materials

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

  • Previous spray painting or manufacturing experience is beneficial
  • Comfortable carrying out lifting and repetitive tasks
