We are recruiting for a Client Manager in the West Midlands. You will be overseeing the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum + car allowance (access to company EV scheme)
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)
Hours of work: 32 hours across 4 days per week (Monday-Friday)

- Confidence managing large blue-collar workforces
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels

Role of a Client Manager:
- Overseeing daily workforce operations including attendance and shift allocation
- Acting as the primary contact for client operational teams
- Ensuring workforce fulfilment meets agreed volumes and shift requirements
- Conducting daily worker check-ins and inductions
- Monitoring absence, lateness and attrition trends
- Responding quickly to volume changes and operational challenges
- Escalating performance, safety or supply risks promptly
- Collaborating with Recruitment and Delivery teams to maintain pipeline strength
- Maintaining accurate records and timesheets
- Promoting health and safety best practice
- Participating in client reviews and performance meetings
- Driving workforce retention and engagement
