Temp to perm opportunities for experienced Production Operatives in the Bromyard area. Our client is a leading manufacturer specialising in plastic injection mouldings for the automotive sector.
Hours of Work:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
- Week 2: Monday to Wednesday 2pm to 12pm, Thursday 2.30pm to 11.30pm
Please note this is a rotating shift, so you must be able to work both AM and PM shifts.
Rate of Pay: Between £12.71 and £13.50 per hour.
Duties:
- Check the quality of parts produced by the injection moulding machines.
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assembly duties including trimming, sanding, and shaping plastic parts.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a factory production environment (3 plus months).
- Assembly experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Effective communication skills.
