The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded, high‑performing, sales‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue across the EMEA territory. You will own the regional sales strategy, drive execution against ambitious targets, and lead a team of sales professionals to consistently deliver results. Combining strong commercial acumen with a coaching mindset, you will play a critical role in expanding AM’s footprint across new and existing customers.

- Proven experience in B2B sales within the International markets with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, forecasting and strategic planning skills.
- A consultative, customer‑focused approach with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident operating in complex, consultative sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, analytical and comfortable managing multi-faceted sales cycles and data‑driven forecasting.
- Confident working autonomously while contributing and collaborating across functions.
- Demonstrated success in people management, coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets across all AM products, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to and translate international sales strategy into clear regional plans, priorities, and actions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches across AM’s product portfolio, responding to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers, including high‑value or strategically important customers.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Engagement, Customer Support and our Parent Company, Sage, to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Represent AM at conferences, customer visits and industry events.
- Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team, setting clear expectations, performance goals and accountability.
- Foster a high‑performance sales culture focused on results, collaboration and continuous improvement.
