The Role
Do you enjoy working proactively with stakeholders to understand their needs? Do you like to make sense out of complexity, working with technical teams to deliver in an Agile environment? If yes, then we want to talk to you. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join The Law Society's Product and Delivery team. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of change and continuous improvement for new and existing IT systems and business processes. You will be an innovator, exploring different ways to solve problems while leveraging your knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques and demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking. You will be empowered to work autonomously, collaborating across matrix teams striving for continuous improvement while embracing new ways of working. This is an extremely rewarding role which will help us drive improvements to member and user satisfaction, through the delivery of our ambitious project portfolio.
Qualifications
- You will have experience of using a broad range of business analysis skills, including writing a business case, producing cost/benefit analysis, conducting impact assessments, documenting functional specifications, reviewing design documents, and the end-to-end testing process.
- You will have experience of analysing business and IT requirements in order to achieve process improvements, cost savings and remove inefficiencies.
- You will have strong process design and re-engineering skills including process mapping with use of tools such as Visio or other business process modelling tools.
- You will have experience integration and compliance projects specifically relating to integration with accountancy and Finance systems.
