Role Description
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the secure implementation, customisation and integration of our ERP ecosystem while ensuring operational scalability, security and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, directors and third‑party software development teams to deliver a robust, secure and scalable ERP environment aligned with the company’s international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and customisation of Odoo ERP
- Design secure ERP architecture and system integrations
- Coordinate with third‑party software development partners
- Analyse business workflows and implement automation solutions
- Oversee ERP integrations across various sections
- Implement cloud security and governance controls
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) policies
- Support secure file transfer and infrastructure security
- Oversee testing, deployment and production rollout
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and digital transformation
- Ensure systems meet business continuity and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software implementation, systems engineering, DevSecOps, or related technical leadership roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with ERP implementation, customisation, and integration, preferably with Odoo
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, secure infrastructure design, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, workflow automation, and DevSecOps practices
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, API integrations, SFTP, and secure data transfer solutions
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and operational analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage third‑party development teams, vendors, and technical delivery partners
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
