Job Description A leading funds regulatory practice is currently looking for an associate of between 1-5PQE to join their market leading team. The firm have a specific asset management focus and are seen by their clients as the ‘go-to’ Counsel on their most complex matters. The London team helps global asset managers navigate European financial services regulations. With expertise in AIFMD and private fund structuring across the UK and Europe, the team has also driven innovation in the retailisation of European private funds, including flagship ELTIF and UCI Part II projects. The team advises on a wide range of matters, from financial promotions and FCA compliance to acquisitions and restructurings of regulated businesses, offering exposure to diverse and impactful work in the regulatory space.
