We are currently working closely with an Elite US law firm in London on a hire within their Financial Services Regulatory practice. The firm is looking to hire a non-contentious junior to mid-level Associate with experience of financial services regulatory advice in respect of regulatory transactions, payment or FinTech. Providing domestic and cross-border advice to banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, financial market infrastructure providers, insurance companies, FinTechs and buy-side institutions in various transactional and advisory matters. The current team advises on all areas of financial regulation covering all the major UK and EU financial services regulations. This includes such topics as MIFID II, AIFMD, PSD2, ESG, CSDR, market abuse, governance and remuneration and EMIR, as well as the various regulatory capital regimes. Alongside working within one of the top teams in the city, you will benefit from the firms’ excellent formal training and development programme and alongside informal on the job training which is support by “real time” partner feedback.
