The Role
Working closely with our Managing Director and COO, you will be responsible for all internal Talent Acquisition for our growing firm as we build our global footprint. Our first priority is to build our UK and US teams but we may add new geographies over time.
As a key part of the team, you will also be involved to actively support our growth agenda across the entire Business Unit and working closely with the Practice Leaders to support the growth within Sub Business Units. You will be a part of a growing and evolving team, providing a full, best in class, in-house recruitment service. Your role will be key in supporting our succession plans, and building talent pipelines to execute our business strategy.
What You\’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy aligned with the organisation\’s growth plans and talent needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping, sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team, to understand talent requirements and ensure a strategic approach to executive-level hiring
- Work proactively within the market to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging markets and understand the technological changes affecting our industry
- Benchmark the market with regard to compensation and total reward and advice the business on our strategic positioning within this
- Keep up to date with the global market for talent, emerging talent pools and our competitors for talent
- Create Talent Pipelines across all senior levels of the business to ensure that strategic networks are developed and nurtured
- Provide exceptional candidate care at all stages of the process
About you
- Ideally you will have a minimum 8 years in a talent acquisition role within an Executive Search, Consulting or Professional Services business.
- A desire to create a best in class recruitment function – designing processes and executing in full
- A confident and outgoing communication style to successfully engage internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in talent mapping, competitor research and direct candidate outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
