- APPRENTICESHIP JOB SPECIFICATION CORE TASKS
- Shadowing and supporting in a range of different sports during curriculum lessons and extra-curricular clubs, gaining as much knowledge, understanding and skill in the delivery of teaching to pupils aged 3 - 11.
- Shadowing and supporting in a range of Extended School Sport Clubs before and after school.
- Support in delivering high quality Multi Sports Holiday Camp Provisions.
- Apply the knowledge, skill and understanding to progress your
- responsibility by independently delivering Physical Education lessons,
- Extended School Club sessions, activities at Multi Sports Holiday Camps and within any other provisions we offer.
- Attend all online apprenticeship mentoring seminars, lessons and/or meetings.
- Complete all apprenticeship learning assignments by the deadline set by your mentor. GENERAL TASKS
- Lead lunchtime sports clubs where required.
- Assist in preparation training sessions and coaching squads from the sidelines at the sports fixtures, festivals and competitions.
- Support in delivering Children’s Birthday Parties.
- Set up and store equipment required for daily lessons and clubs.
EXPERIENCE Experience in coaching children with a desire to develop knowledge, skill and understanding in a range of different subjects.
