We represent a region of a highly regarded and sought after main contract construction employer with an opportunity to join their team as a Technical Services Manager.

Basing yourself out of a central southern region with secured projects within; Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire you will join an established team bristling with opportunity for career growth and progression.

Having secured contracts under key frameworks including; Crown Estates, Dfe, STFC amongst others this leading contractor boasts a pipeline of work with projects ranging in values upwards to £100M spanning the next few years.

As Technical Services Manager you will initially hail from one core discipline in either mechanical or electrical but clearly a role such as this with a main contractor will require you to hold experience and capabilities spanning all the services for lighting, heating, power and water supply to major new build construction schemes of this magnitude.

You will be able to demonstrate full project lifecycle capabilities, from initial preconstruction tender stage through to operational delivery and handover and commissioning.

Projects span the education, life sciences, commercial, blue light and local authority contracting arena.

You must have a proven track history of employment covering this technicality.
