We are looking for an individual with an interest in HR and people to work with our amazing Talent Team to attain their Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship with our training partner GLP Training. The successful candidate will provide foundational recruitment support to the wider Talent Acquisition team, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully competent recruiter.
Closing date: 12th December
Interview process: An initial conversation with GLP followed by a face‑to‑face interview at our site in Burton Latimer on the 6th Jan and 9th Jan.
Start dates: Induction with Weetabix on 2nd February 2026; course with GLP training in mid‑late February 2026.

The Recipe (About The Role)
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process including planning, identifying, attracting, assessing, short‑listing and onboarding candidates.
- Build productive relationships with key stakeholders such as media, candidates, clients and internal colleagues.
- Utilise recruitment best practices and communication skills to support the day‑to‑day delivery for hiring managers.
- Conduct research in the marketplace to confidently shortlist candidates.
- Develop communications such as job advertisements and social media promotions that adhere to our internal and legal guidelines.

- GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Technical competence and ability to learn systems and Microsoft packages.
