What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the creation of custom orthotic devices, including footwear and insoles.
  • Use tools such as moulders and grinding machines along with hand tools.
  • Ensure every device meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians on troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workshop environment.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to stay compliant with industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in healthcare or a related field.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.
  • A natural problem solver who can follow technical instructions with ease.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude that will help you thrive in a hands-on role.
  • Prior machine use experience is a plus but not required – we’re more focused on your passion and potential!
