AM Global have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our client based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. Our client specializes in creating custom painted in-frame kitchens with a timeless and elegant finish. Their designs bring a classic aesthetic while catering to the needs of modern living, offering a diverse range of timeless traditional shaker kitchens, contemporary modern styles, and bespoke kitchen units. Their mission is to blend functionality and style, delivering tailor-made kitchen solutions that meet our clients' unique requirements.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Designer based in Stokesley. The Kitchen Designer will work closely with clients to design bespoke kitchen layouts that align with their preferences and functional needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations
- Preparing designs
- Collaborating with suppliers, and assisting with the selection of materials, fixtures, and finishes
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting sales inquiries
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality customer experiences and delivering designs that exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, with knowledge of cabinetry and space planning
- Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and detailed explanations
- Experience in Sales with the ability to guide customers through the decision-making process
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in interior design or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency with design software or CAD tools is beneficial
