About The Role
About the Shift:
- 4 days on, 4 days off rotational
- 12 hour shift
- Start time: 07:00
- End time: 19:00
As a Warehouse Picker you will be expected to:
- Pick cases of up to 15kg which contain fresh fruit.
- Once trained, hit an an hourly target of picking 320 cases per hour.
- Use the handheld scanners to scan and locate products within the warehouse to complete orders.
- Work independently to complete tasks.
- Use a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) to move and guide pallets throughout the warehouse safely.
- Work in our chiller sections which are approximately 4 degrees.
- Check the loads and stock accurately by counting and recording it against the work order sheets/paperwork.
- Report any health and safety breaches to management instantly.
- Clean as you go to keep our warehouse safe.

- No experience is required as we will provide full training. However, you will need to be able to:
- Work independently to complete your tasks once trained.
- Work under pressure to hit picking targets.
- Happy to lift cases up to 15kg.
- Strong numeracy skills to count.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
