About The Role

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead one of our day shift teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure safety compliance, and support HR functions within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast moving environment
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Oversee HR functions, including attendance, disciplinary etc.
- Conduct team briefings, resolve issues, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse staff
About You
Previous Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, ideally in fresh produce
- Experience in a high-volume, retail supply environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- HR experience, including managing attendance, recruitment and supporting team development
