We’re looking for aShift Managerto join our Production team at ourAMK Peterborough site, working Monday to Thursday Night Shift pattern. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a production area during night shifts, ensuring targets are achieved.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and compliance.

Oversee raw material usage to maximise yield and minimise waste.

Monitor production data to track performance against targets.

Escalate maintenance and repair needs for equipment and facilities.

Manage and develop team members, including recruitment, training, and performance.

Ensure full product and packaging traceability and compliance with technical standards.
About You
- Experience of managing a team in a production environment, ideally within the food sector
- Experience of managing staff including HR requirements, recruitment, performance management and appraisals
- Experience to working to budgets with accountability for labour costs
