We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Production Planner at our Alconbury site, working a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operations, excellent service levels, and minimal waste. You’ll work closely with Production, Technical and Commercial teams to keep plans accurate, achievable, and aligned to customer demand.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage daily production plans
- Monitor stock levels and adjust plans where required
- Work closely with key departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Respond quickly to changes in demand, supply, or operational priorities
- Support the delivery of service, efficiency, and waste reduction targets

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good understanding of production processes
- Ideally has experience in demand planning, or planning and scheduling
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Communicates effectively across teams
- Has exposure to using Microsoft D365 (desirable)
