AMFRESH is recruiting a Line Leader for our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY).
This permanent, weekly-paid role offers stable hours, 4 on 4 off shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, and long‑term growth within a growing business.
You will lead and motivate the team, oversee production lines, monitor KPI performance, report stock discrepancies, and complete paperwork each shift.
Previous line leadership experience and strong communication are essential to succeed.
