Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday Nights only (19:15 - 07:15)
Hourly Rate: £16.00 (paid weekly)
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.
Life as an AMFRESH Line Leader:
- You will drive production lines to meet daily orders efficiently.
- You will ensure products are produced and packaged safely.
- You will motivate and develop your team to hit targets.
- You will liaise with Quality and Technical teams to maintain standards.
- You will uphold Health and Safety and report hazards.
- You will manage General Operatives to follow line standards.
- You will help train new starters, including Junior Line Leaders.
- You will complete daily admin, track targets, and report issues.
About You
To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:
- Previous line leader/manager experience.
- Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
- Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
