Permanent, full-time, and weekly pay. 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern. From £13.20 to £15.40.

What can you expect working as a Line Leader in AMFRESH:
- You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operatives to run one of our Citrus, Grape, or Loose line seamlessly.
- You will advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.
- You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.
- You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the AMFRESH culture and motivate your team to excellence.
- You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.
