We are seeking a Communications Manager to shape how we communicate with colleagues, candidates, and external audiences across AMFRESH UK. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, you will lead internal communications, employer branding, and engagement activity that brings our culture and values to life.
This is a varied, hands‑on role focused on creating engaging content and campaigns across both internal and external platforms. You will lead colleague engagement initiatives through Workvivo, support recruitment marketing campaigns, and manage social media content that enhances our employer brand and employee experience. You will take ownership of internal communication channels, including Workvivo, while also supporting employee events, producing photography and video content, and helping to tell the AMFRESH story across our UK businesses.
The role also includes line management responsibility for a Social Media & Communications Executive, supporting their development while driving the delivery of high‑quality communications and employer branding activity across the business.
You will have previous experience in communications, employer branding, marketing, or social media, with a strong ability to create engaging content for a range of audiences and platforms. We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Has experience managing social media platforms and delivering campaigns
- Enjoys creating engaging multimedia content, including photography and videography
- Can adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences
- Is organised, proactive, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Has experience using creative and design tools/packages
- Has experience with employee engagement and internal communications platforms such as Workvivo
