About The Role
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Commercial Account Manager to lead our relationship with Ocado, while also contributing to the management and development of our Marks & Spencer account alongside our Senior Commercial Manager.
This role is customer-facing and has ownership for the day-to-day management of Ocado, alongside supporting the M&S account.
You will build strong relationships with buyers and key customer stakeholders, use data to identify opportunities and drive performance across sales, service, availability and profitability.
You will
- Lead the day-to-day commercial relationship with Ocado.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and customer stakeholders.
- Monitor account performance and identify commercial opportunities and risks.
- Manage pricing, promotions, product setup and reporting.
- Work closely with planning, supply chain and operational teams.
- Contribute to the management and development of the M&S account alongside the Senior Commercial Manager.
About You
This role could suit an experienced Commercial or Account Manager, or a Junior Commercial Manager or Account Executive who is ready to take their next step.
You will be
- Confident managing customer relationships and taking ownership of an account.
- Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data.
- A strong communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience within fresh produce or the food industry would be desirable but is not essential.
