About the Role
Shift Pattern: 4 nights in 7 (Tuesday - Friday) - 17:45 to 06:15
Hourly Rate: £16.00 (Paid Weekly)
Responsibilities
- You will drive production lines to fulfill daily customer orders in the most cost‑effective way.
- You will ensure products on your line are produced and packaged safely.
- You will manage a team of General Operatives to follow correct line standards throughout your shift.
- You will help train new starters such as Junior Line Leaders.

- Previous line leading experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
